Terms of Service

The Front Office (“TFO”) is a fantasy basketball analytics and decision-support product. Its projections, rankings, and recommendations are informational and are intended to help you make your own decisions. By using TFO you agree to these terms.

You remain solely responsible for your fantasy decisions and for executing them on your fantasy platform. TFO does not act on your behalf and does not guarantee any fantasy outcome, ranking, or result. Fantasy sports involve chance and factors outside anyone’s control.

Yahoo Fantasy, Sleeper, and other fantasy platforms are separate services operated by third parties, governed by their own terms. Connecting them to TFO is read-only. These platforms do not sponsor or endorse The Front Office, and “Fantasy data provided by Yahoo Fantasy” is a data-source attribution, not a partnership or endorsement.

Use TFO lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or abuse the service or its integrations, and do not use it to violate any third-party platform’s terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

We may update, change, or discontinue features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

TFO and its content, models, and branding are owned by The Front Office. Third-party marks (including the Yahoo Fantasy logo) belong to their respective owners and are used only as permitted for attribution.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Front Office is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for fantasy results arising from your use of the service. (This section in particular should be reviewed by legal counsel before broader commercial launch.)
